A pharmacy that makes life easier for you and your staff.
We take prior authorizations off your staff’s plate, get specialty patients started on therapy, and keep every patient on track with adherence packaging, free delivery, and prices they can afford.

Our pharmacists submit your prior authorizations.
Your front desk learned prior authorizations on the job, between phone calls and check-ins. Our pharmacists do them all day. We read the chart against the plan’s criteria, fix the gaps before they become denials, and stay on the line with the insurer, so your staff never has to. It costs your office nothing.
-
You send the prescription.
E-prescribe or fax it with the chart notes. We handle it from there.
-
We check it against the plan.
A pharmacist reviews the chart against the plan’s criteria before anything is submitted. If something’s missing, like a required step therapy, you hear about it now, not in a denial letter.
-
We submit it for approval.
Within 1 to 3 business days, and we handle every call with the insurer and your patient. Depending on the insurer, a decision takes 1 to 3 days, and we let your office know as soon as it’s in.
What we need from your office
- The prescription
- The patient’s chart notes, or EMR access under an agreement
- A signed delegation of authority agreement, so we can submit on your behalf. We’ll send it to you to sign online.
Specialty medication approvals
Every outcome helps your office.
We submit prior authorizations for biologics and other specialty medications for rheumatology, dermatology, immunology, and other practices. Once one is approved, your patient’s plan decides what happens next, and in every case your staff is off the hook.
If the copay is affordable
We fill it and deliver it.
Free delivery to your patient’s door, anywhere in the Houston area. Your office gets the approval dates and the copay.
If the copay is too high
We apply for copay assistance.
A $500 copay shouldn’t end therapy. We set up a short enrollment interview with your patient, apply for assistance on their behalf, and ship the medication once it’s approved.
If the plan requires its own pharmacy
We tell you where to send it.
Some plans only cover specialty medications at a pharmacy they choose. We tell you exactly where to send the prescription, and the approval is already done, so your staff still saved the work.
Fewer gaps in therapy.
Adherence Packaging
Blister packs or unit-dose, sorted by day and time, so patients on several medications take the right dose at the right time.
Med Sync & Refill Management
We line up your patient’s refills on one date each month, for one pickup or one delivery. Fewer patients run out, and fewer “I ran out” calls reach your office.
When a patient doesn’t pick up
We call and text them for up to 7 days, and we can bring it to their door, free anywhere in the Houston area. Getting to the pharmacy shouldn’t be the reason a patient goes without.
Your uninsured patients don’t get left out.
Self-pay patients pay our cost plus a modest fee, so the prescription you write gets filled, not abandoned at the counter. If a medication is still out of reach, we’ll call you to discuss alternatives before the patient gives up.
No long lines. No getting stuck on hold.
Free Delivery
Free delivery anywhere in the Houston area, on every order. Patients who can’t easily get to a pharmacy still get their medications.
Medication Counseling
Our pharmacist reviews every prescription, checks for interactions, and takes time to explain each medication to your patient. We call your office if something needs a second look.
A pharmacist answers
When you or your patient calls, you reach a pharmacist, not a phone tree.
Work directly with a pharmacist.
From the prescriber to the front desk, everyone in your office gets a direct line to the pharmacist.
Specialty clinics
Rheumatology, dermatology, immunology, and other practices prescribing biologics. We handle the prior authorizations and get your patients started on therapy.
Private practices
Primary care, family medicine, and telehealth prescribers. Any practice that wants a pharmacy that picks up the phone, runs the prior auths, and follows up when a patient hasn’t picked up.
Long-term care
Group homes and assisted living. Packaging built for your med pass, deliveries on a schedule, and an on-call pharmacist your nurses can reach after hours.
Self-pay clinics
DPC, concierge, med spa, and cash-pay telehealth practices. Your patients pay our cost plus a modest fee, a real number you can quote in the exam room, so the treatment plan doesn’t fall apart at the pharmacy counter.

"Simply the best customer service I have ever received from a pharmacy. They go above and beyond! The pharmacist spent so much time with me over the phone to explain what can help my symptoms, and delivered my medication home so I don't run out, no one does all that! Would highly recommend them."
