SMS Opt-In Consent

If you check the optional SMS opt-in box on our appointment request form, you agree to receive text messages from TRS Health about your appointment request, appointments, payments, and care. Checking the box is not required to request an appointment. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from all other sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties. SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates.

HIPAA Compliance

TRS Pharmacy is HIPAA compliant. Protected health information (PHI) is used only for treatment, payment, or healthcare operations as permitted by law. Your written authorization is required for any other use.
